About Me

This year will mark my 29th year as a Realtor® with the Bethesda Gateway Office, #1 real estate office in the Washington, D.C. area and one of the top real estate offices in the country. My business is over 95% referrals – a testament to her professionalism and high-quality service.

My goal for buyers is to find them their dream home at a price they can comfortably afford. I begins with a personal consultation, determining what factors are most important to them in looking for a new home, then taking them step-by-step through the entire home-buying process.  Included in the meeting is a thorough review of the contract and a discussion of the importance of getting pre-approved by a lender.  Finally, I advise them on how to structure a winning offer in this highly competitive real estate market.

The process with sellers is different. After a thorough review of the home-selling process, I carefully tours their home, advising them in detail on how to stage it in order to maximize its appeal. Staging can range from minor fix-up to a major renovation – all of which I organize and oversee. With an extensive network of contractors, I am able to negotiate the best prices for the highest quality work.  As a result, my listings sell for top dollar in a very short period of time.

I am a consistent top-producing Realtor® and a member of Long & Foster’s prestigious Master’s Club, Luxury Alliance & Top 100. Outside of my work, I believes in giving back to the community and is active with the National Foundation for Cancer Research (NFCR).  A member NFCR’s advisory board, I have also chaired their annual golf tournament , a key fundraising event for the organization, for the last eight years.  A Bethesda resident since 1970 I spend my free time my husband Andy & our dog Cooper. I love golf, traveling and photography.
